A friend wants a large Little Debbie's Swiss cake roll.
Can I use my regular chocolate cake in a jelly roll pan?
Open to any suggestions. Thanks!

I would google a trusted chocolate roll recipe. I have several chocolate cake recipes that I know would not roll.
The last thing you want is the cake to crack apart as you roll it. The roll cakes will hopefully be a slightly sturdier recipe.
