Today I've made some peanut butter cupcakes which came out REALLY dense. Not really cupcake like!!

I usually base my cupcakes on 100g flour, sugar and butter and 2 eggs mix which comes out light and fluffy.

Has anyone got a nice light fluffy peanut butter cupcake recipe?
