I've looked every where on the internet for this question. I have used pudding mixes in my cake mixes, but recently saw gelatin can be used too.

My question is can I add both? and what does each do to the cake? I know pudding makes it moister and i've read gelatin helps it not to crack on top when cooling.

If adding both - will it be to moist?

please help

I have added both jello and pudding mix to cakes but not at the same time. My guess would be that you would end up with a gooey cake as there is just too much sugar between the two products.
