I watched the cakeboss video, and I noticed that it has the ability to cost out recipes. It said something about having an ingredient converter, so I'm wondering if this means that I can enter that I buy 5 lbs of sugar for $xx, and in a certain recipe I use 1 Cup. Can it translate the cost of 1 cup from 5 lbs?
Or if I buy meringue powder that has the weight on the box, can I enter the price and size of the box and then enter the measurement I use if it's in teaspoons? Or do I have to weigh out a teaspoon?
That is exactly what it means and it is amazing. I love my CakeBoss software. It's so easy for me to determine how much my regular vs premium flavors cost me out of pocket so I know how to charge accordingly. My Cake Boss software is right up there with my Agbay as far as my favorite cake tools
now that you mention it I am just starting to figure it out and
I am having a problem with a recipe it calls for
2 2/3 cups of flour but when i put it in it never pops up the price and I dont know how to put it in I buy the 10 lb flour for $8 and how can I put it in?
Thanks
