I'm looking for a cream cheese frosting that will hold up under fondant and not need to be refrigerated, but will be ok if they do end up refrigerating it. I have found several crusting cream cheese frostings, but it doesn't say how fondant would work. I swear, this cake has been the most time consuming cake I've made and Its not even made yet.
