What is the best recipe for whipped frosting...I have a request and I usually only make bc as I know how to smooth that. What whipped recipe can cover cakes and be smoothed easily...any tips along with the recipe please.

If you want a whipped icing that's not straight whipped cream, but more similar to a buttercream, try Charlotte's whipped buttercream recipe. It's light but very creamy and still reminds you of a lighter buttercream. I'm not a huge fan of just whipped cream on cakes which is why I like the whipped cream BC.
