Hi,
I've just tried making my own modelling chocolate for the first time and it's come out really crumbly after leaving it in the fridge for 24hrs. My question is, can I re-melt it in the microwave and add more Corn Syrup, as i thinks that's the problem? Or does anyone else have any solutions.... please help, I'm supposed to be making Roses with it tonight!!!! Thanks. icon_cry.gif
