Yes, MMF stands for marshmallow fondant.

It's basically fondant that's made by melting 16oz of marshmallow with about 1 T of water...you then add in 2lbs of powdered sugar, a little shortening and flavoring of choice. Knead til smooth.

It's a little "stretchy" to work with but it's a less expensive alternative to say Satin Ice or Fondariffic brand fondant.
