The other day someone was asking about taking cupcakes to farmers market or how to transport cupcake. Here is what I use. I can only find them at Target, but you can get them online from Target dot com. My husband, the wonderful inventor that he is, took some corregated plastic and drilled hole in it (the one size you use to make holes in door for door latches) it works wonderfully. Cupcake don't fall easily (got to watch bumps while driving). Then when I get to the market. I take plasic (the kind you use for like clear plastic table cloth) and put the covers on so that people can see my cupcakes. You can stack them too. I have stacked as high as 3 but I wouldn't do more. They are only $11.99. and for that price has saved me a lot of heart ache. Maybe this will help some of you out there. icon_smile.gif

I know it is a long link, but I wanted to get you to the right container. They really work well. You can fix a dozen in each bottom and top.
I have a wedding to transport 400 cupcakes to, and I think I will have my husband make the holders for the large plastic containers that go under the bed. That should work too.

We don't have Target this side of the pond but those look remarkably like the outers of the snapware cupcake carrier I have. The inner is a tray with dimples for the cupcakes that can be flipped over for cookies etc.

That is very inventive and seems like it would work well. I use the Cupcake Courier. It very tall to the point where it's hard to fit in the fridge without taking out a shelf, but I love it! Holds 36 cupcakes (even ones that are really tall/decorated). I got it on Amazon, as I do everything else icon_smile.gif

To have a picture in your post rather than the gallery you need to upload it to photobucket or a similar hosting site. They will give you an address to copy and paste in-between the img tags
