The foil that you wrap cake boards with, is it the same as florist foil? I really dont see any difference (I have worked in a flower shop for 6 years.) I'm just starting the cake decorating hobby and so I dont know about this foil. Anyone know? Thanks!

Not exactly... the floral foil isn't food safe, but that doesn't stop a lot of cake supply stores from selling it. IMO, it's a higher quality, and usually a much better price. As long as your cake is on its own board rather than stuck directly on florist foil, it's okay to use.
