I've seen people here talk about using a clay gun for extruding fondant and gum paste ribbons. I'm wondering is there a specific one that is food safe? Or will any clay gun work?

As long as you buy it new and keep it stricltly for fondant/gumpaste, any clay gun should work. I just got the Makin's one and I love, love, love it.

Thanks, that's what I thought. Although the lady at Michael's argued with me telling me that it had to be "food safe" I just wondered.
