It seems like if you put a tiara on top of anything girly and pink it's automatically a princess cake. There are SO many options. I like the idea of pearls, ruffles and petite flowers paired with a tiara. HTH

My first thought was baby pink and quilting, paired with elements of princess such as SarahBeth3 was suggesting.
