I can't believe I am at the point where my home business is in need of a mixer larger than my 6 quart Kitchenaid.

I am fast approaching the need to start thinking about opening a storefront, but that's a whole different thread LOL

I am looking at this mixer:

Does any other home bakers recommend a good commercial mixer? I don't think I need a large 20qt. Hobart or floor model, but a good 10-12 qt mixer will help out tremendously!

Thanks in advance for the help!

Anything you can do in a 12 qt you can do in a 20 qt. But you can't do 20 qt volume in a 12 qt. Just like you're amazed at how quickly you outgrew your 6 qt, you'll outgrow a 12 qt.

Go for the hobart 20 qt and used is fine. They are workhorses. Also there are more parts available if you need them later.
