I'm looking for a honey & rum cake recipe for a 12" cake.

I've just seen a recipe for rootbeer cake, and am now wondering where I can get rootbeer extract from in the UK


(Be warned I tend to ramble)

I'd take a look at online suppliers for the root beer extract. It's not something you'll find at the corner supermarket, even in the US. I don't know about honey-rum cake recipes, but I'd be happy to have one, too, if anybody does.
