Does anyone have a reliable gluten free cake recipe. I have tried so many things and I'm just not satisfied.. its been hell with these gluten free cakes. I get diffrent results with the same recipe and its making me crazy.. any suggestios would lovely..

I've used gluten free flour, boxed gluten free and the most successful was a mix of rice flour and and tapioca flour but that has been unpredictable for me..
any help...?
