I'm at a loss on what to charge for something like this, I'm located in NJ. Any insight is appreciated.

How long would it take you to make, and what do you pay yourself as an hourly wage? Multiply those two numbers to get your labor cost, then add the estimated cost of ingredients and per-order overhead cost, plus another 20-30% for your profit margin.
