I have 2 cakes due this saturday. They are ready to fondant. I usually don't cover them until at least the day before, however I'm 9 months pregnant and having contractions. If the cake is due on Saturday, can I cover and finish them today (Wednesday)????? They are marble cakes (choc/van) with buttercream.

THANKS!

Cover the cakes well, make sure there are no air bubbles, leave cakes in a cool area away from any sunlight or air vents...then go have yourself a healthy little baby!!! icon_smile.gif
