I have been asked to mass produce sugar cookies for a family friend's business. They would like a round cookie with a monkey on it. I need the decoration to be cute, but quick to do. (I don't have time to hand draw a monkey on each cookie.) I really like the Wilton monkey candy mold, but cannot use chocolate, because it will melt in the sun. I have also been looking for a stencil, but have had no luck there either. Does anyone have any ideas on a different medium I can use in the candy mold, or any place that sells monkey stencils? Thanks!

If you find a simple monkey you like, make your own stencil with a transparency from an office supply store.

They would totally not go for a monkey cutout cookie and just draw the eyes, nose, mouth with a food marker? Or maybe use fondant in place of chocolate for the molds? I had to do a hundred monkeys using various sizes of round cutters...never againicon_smile.gif
