Hey guys my first time posting and my first time making cookies!!
I am making up a batch of NFSC and so far so good.
What do people think is the best icing to use?
Im just making simple shapes as a practice run

I like Toba's glace. It tastes good and dries hard, but not break your teeth hard (=

I like Antonia74's Royal icing. It dries hard enough to stack and bag, but on the cookie is stays soft enough underneath to still be pleasant to eat.
