It's supposed to rain the day of delivery for a wedding this Saturday. Any tips on ways to deliver and keep cake as dry as possible??

Does the venue have a covered area to park? It may mean you have to carry the cake farther than if you parked by the back door or kitchen door, but it would be dry.

You could put the cake in a box (or boxes if not already stacked) covered with plastic wrap to keep any rain out.

A really big umbrella held by someone else walking next to you.

Ditto. My friend went with me a couple of weeks ago for a wedding cake delivery. I carried the cake & she held a golf umbrella over me & the cake. Worked out just fine. I would take someone with you, just in case.

Thank you! The husband is a golf pro so the umbrella won't be a problem and he will be with me. Thank you!!
