Ever Heard Of Coconut Compound???

Or any type of cooking compound. I came across a recipe that called for coconut compound from Amoretti. I went to the website but it didn't explain what this was (ie an oil, extract, powder, etc.)

I would assume it's a paste, but I'm not sure. However, I did find this thread

Go back to the Amoretti website and put coconut into the search box at the top. It should find 25 results for coconut. Scroll down to the "offline products". You should see these:

Compounds:
Coconut Cream
Coconut Cream Natural
Malibu "Type" Rum Coconut
Toasted Coconut
Toasted Coconut Cream Natural

You have to select the items you want more info on and they'll send you product info.
