I have never done this before, and a friend asked me to make one for her husband's birthday cake. Actually, she phrased it more like "If you are up for the challenge..... She mentioned challenge, now I have to do it!

Please, cake experts, how would I do this? I'm thinking I should start with a wire frame for the bike/person and model gumpaste around them? Can I use floral wire gauge thickness, or do I need something thicker?

Help, please!!!
