Last fall I made a cake for my cousin-to-be's bridal shower. I thought I had the box height tall enough, but imagine my surprise when I got to the venue and found a very squished nose on my tiki idol cake....aside from the squished nose though the cake tasted delish.
It chocolate and white cake layers alternating covered in a chocolate peanut butter ganash type frosting.
(will post pics soon)

I always just tape the lid sort of open this way it never closes all the way and smashes anything down. hth

I just cut the lid off... I dont want to spend the money on boxes 12 inches high. And I like to see my cakes while I drive
