First I want to thank those that helped me with much need advice like Jason & Indydebi ...those are the 2 that stuck out but if you assisted me I would like to thank you.

Everything is a Go! It may be April 1st, but it is the date I put to begin my company brand new! Jason told me about the Ennovation center to rent their commercial kitchen. Once I got there it wasn't just pay me this money and you can use my kitchen The Ennovation Center requires you to be incorporated & have a business license the whole nine. There was a lot more to that than I expected, however, I can rest easy knowing that all is done! Since I border two states it was double the paperwork & double the money but it's worth every penny of it. Also since word is getting around that I am fully lisensed I am getting request from stores to bake goods for their establishments. All of this because I decided to listen & not try and take my chances. icon_biggrin.gif And those that those that asked "it's just a hobby right?" are now choking on their words. icon_razz.gif I feel so grateful and blessed!

So it's time to celebrate & I'm working on my Grand Opening!

Thank You all once again thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif

Congratulations!!!! I'm fairly new too. It's like a whole new world opens up when you get the license. I baked for charities before the license, but once you can say, "Yes, I can make that", the opportunities just come from everywhere. Good luck in your new venture!
