We need a recipe for a heated dipping donut icing using Set and Match or other icing sugar

Pretty much powdered sugar and water or milk to the desired consistency. The donut icing in a commercial bakery is a runny fondant based icing that comes in a bucket, it's not heated itself, but hot donuts are placed on a rack and the icing is poured over the top and allowed to drip off.
