How deep should this pan be filled? I know you usually fill a pan 2/3 of the way but this is my first time using an odd shaped pan and if I fill it 2/3 of the way won't it be to deep and not cook in the center? I do not have a flower nail to put in the bottom either. TIA

Still do about 2/3 full. I baked mine without a flower nail or core and it turned out great.
