Is any one approved to send items over seas to our soldiers serving ?

If you are selling them, you must be approved by the FDA, register with the bioterrorism act, and obtain FDA nutritional labels. I am going to offer them in my bakery at a deeply discounted price with the true shipping cost. This would be for family members who don't bake, but would like to send a dessert gift overseas. If you are wanting to send them for free, contact your state dept of ag. That is where I got my FDA package. They can tell you what to do and if you need any type of approval.
