Just wondering: Has anyone tried a copy cat cake mix and had good results? I love using doctored cake mix recipes, yet I am having a hard time finding the white cake mixes. My local wal-mart and mini grocer actually haven't had the BC or pillsbury in weeks. My customers have gotten use to the taste of the doctored cake mixes and I love how they bake up.
