I read somewhere on here about leaving the oven door open before baking and then putting the pan in and closing it. It was to get a nice hump on the cupcakes... does anyone recall this?
I'm baking cupcakes for the first time and I'm not sure how to go about it to get the nice hump.

Thanks everyone.

I remember they said to preheat the oven to 400 degrees & then bringing it down to 325 when putting the cc in, to be honest I've never tried it before I always bake them middle rack 325 & they turn out perfect
Good luck thumbs_up.gif
