Not sure where this question belongs....
I made a chocolate sour cream frosting on Monday and had quite a bit leftover. I have kept it in a sealed container in the fridge and am wondering how long it will last? I"m thinking of using it on a cake for tomorrow. I just tasted it and it tastes fine, I'm going to be serving it to children so I'm overly cautious.
