I am set to make a cake for an upcoming Christening. The parents have requested a chocolate mousse filling and either a white/yellow/vanilla cake. I have a filling recipe and was thinking of doing a Swiss Meringue Buttercream (w/godiva liquor). Any suggestions for a good cake to go with this combination? Or any suggestions for a better idea? Thanks!
