Just thought I would share this:

My sister doesn't like icing, but she loves Ben & Jerrys cookie dough ice cream so I thought I would try to add some to my IMBC... and it worked!!

My IMBC recipe is

6 egg whites
60g sugar (whipped into the egg whites)
300g sugar dissolved into
120ml water
600g butter

I then added 3/4 of a 500ml tub of melted Ben & Jerrys cookie dough ice cream (this was added after the butter was added)

It was so yummy!!
