1. I made cream cheese frosting and its a yellowish color is that normal?
2.When i bake i normally put my cakes in the frig over night to let it sit BUT i read a forum resently that someone said to wrap it in suran wrap and put it in the mircowave over night it makes it more moist.. I did that and my cake was so soft it fell apart when i was take off the suran wrap. does anyone know why?

4. I am suppose to make a cat in the hat cake for my bestfriend and i was curious about the hat... I was hope to us 6 inch round cakes maybe 6 of them for the hat now when i stack them do i need dowels? or cakes the same size doesnt use dowls?
