Why do I agree to such sill requests? Anyone got any good, simple (as requested) ideas on making a 9" stacked (UNCARVED) round cake to involve snow tubing and red roses to accent?
I could just make the snow tubing theme on top and border the bottom with roses, but thought I'd pick the brains of the most creative group of cake decorators around first. Thanks!

Maybe the design on the snow tube itself can be roses.

Or someone sitting in the snow tube holding a bouquet of roses. Or someone standing at the bottom of the hill holding the roses for the person in the snow tube.

If you got the Williams-Sonoma 8" donut pan you could make a tube for the cake, or stack it on the 9" tier.
