How do you determine your suggested serving amounts for mini cupcakes (or any other bite sized food for that matter)? My minis are between the size of a normal mini and a regular cupcake, or fairy sized. Does the amount change between the number of flavors chosen? What do you suggest for a guest count of 100 with 3 flavors? What about 1000 guest with 5 flavors? Do I just suggest they get fewer flavors for the amount?
