there are several sites online....Sugarbloom cupcakes, bakerella.com..tall cupcakes at Casamenteiras for a few....happy hunting. Global Sugar Art has few tutorials on them too. most wedding cake site will have ideas too seem like most of them do cupcakes.

Wedding??

You could put white fondant on the cupcake and then put a white rose on top. And then you could take the little silver dragees and spread them around. Or use white frosting and drop the dragees in. Or you could do a silver rose or silver frosting. The possiblities are endless.
