I am making a pumpkin spice cake roll tomorrow, using a DH spice cake mix. Should I bake this on a 10x15 pan or a 12x18? I am afraid if I use the 10x15 it will run over the sides of the pan or the 12x18 will make the cake too thin. I've made many cake rolls, but never using a cake mix, I usually use scratch recipes, but I have some stuff in the cupboards I want to use up. And I did check online on the cake mix websites and a few others, but I found directions using a mix in both size pans--so that wasn't much help!

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Whatever you do, DO NOT make your roll from straight cake mix! I tried this several times and each time it broke while rolling and unrolling it. Maybe the recipe icer101 recommended will work since it is doctored. Good Luck!
