I really like the peppridge farm cakes. They are usually found in the freezer section at the grocery store. I love their chocolate and their coconut is good too. I think my favorite part of these cakes is the frosting.

Does anyone know where I can (either buy or homemade) get a frosting close in taste and consistency to the peppridge farm kind?

I bake from scratch, detest that canned frosting stuff, etc. but I, too, love that Pepperidge farm frosting! I don't dare buy those little cakes anymore cuz I'd toss the cake part and gobble up the frosting while it was still frozen. I don't even want to know what's in there - that kind of information would be fatal to my waistline.

OMG have not had one of those in years, but I do remember how much I loved them.... now I want one!!!
