You can do better than that. It's not a disaster if it turns out ok.
Now don't come back till you really screw up!! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Not sure if you bake from swcratch of box mix but I never add oil/butter/margarine to any of my box mix recipes and have *great* results icon_smile.gif
Like k8 said, next time you post in this forum/thread be *sure* it is a *REAL!* disastericon_smile.gif hehehe

Gee I forgot to add the eggs to my pumpkin pie last night and had to dump it out of the crust and mix them in. Dang, I considered it a disaster and after reading op's comment I thought I was going into the Disaster Hall of Fame with her. Now I found out it wasn't a disaster but just an error. :0(

If it rose beautifully and tasted good, why did it get thrown away? (Unless, of course, in testing whether it was OK, you made it unusable for the intended purpose.)

hi there - what was the texture like - cos i was thinking, if it was a bit dry , it might be suitable for cake balls/pops. I made these once and found them too mushy but perhaps using a cake made without butter might result in a less gooey cake ball. who knows, you could have stumbled on the best way to make these!!
what do you think? could it have worked...
