I'm curious to know how to make the women's breasts in this cake? Are they made from fondant or small round cakes cut in half.

When I made the boobs in my bustier cake, I used the ball pan from Wilton! It's 2 cake halves so they are both the same size and turn out perfectly...if only MY boobs looked that good

Those are really nice boobs! To a fellow newbie, it looks like they used the ball pan from Wilton.
