White Cake Box Mix- Scratch Substitute Recipe?

I'm from Australia and I'm not sure what white cake box mix is so I was hoping to get my hands on a substitute scratch recipe is possible?
I was actually looking at the white almond sour cream recipes and I must try it! ( I only just worked out what WASC stood for!)
