Hi can anyone give me some urgent help. The colours on my canon ip3500 have gone to pot. I have tried cleaning, deep cleaning and aligning. Could you please also tell me what the settings should be. I use decorator from copy cake programme Thanks you

Are your colors printing? DO a nozzle check to see what is coming out. I cannot speak for KK inks, but, for ours, we print on Matte paper type and keep everything else at default. Since your printer is probably over a year old, you may have to dampen your sponges. Let me know about your nozzle check
