I am making a lemon cake with lemon filling to take to my father-in-law's funeral. The cake will have to travel 8 hrs in the car. Can I make jello pudding according to box directions and fill the cake with that or do I need to add cornstarch or less milk to thicken the pudding. Thank you very much for your help.

Use a little less milk when you mix the pudding-this will make it thicker.
