My mom bought me a set of tips and then a set of couplers (different brand) and the dang couplers only fit like 2 tips, the rest either are too big that you can't screw the ring on or the tip is so small that it slips right through the ring.

I do have a large coupler to fit my 1m and that one is way to large for the tips that are too large for the regular coupler

Now I am clueless, but this does not seem normal. I tried to do a quick google search to by more couplers but it looks like all I am finding is standar and large size.. that can't be all, is it?

I agree, it doesn't seem normal. Do you have to use the couplers? Can you use the tips in disposable bags or a new pastry bag that hasn't had the opening trimmed?

I've only seen the two sizes that you've mentioned. If that is true, and the size you have looks like the standard size (instead of a knock-off defective size), then it must be the tips that are odd-ball sized. Are they Wilton, Ateco, or an off-brand?

I have no idea, I'll have to take a look at them when I am home. I bet it's the tips that are odd ball, man I was hoping that maybe I was just not using the right wording when seraching.
