Hi y'all!

Can you tell I'm from Texas? Anyways, I don't usually post topics on this site because I am so busy reading all of the great posts, and by the time I am done my eyes are so tired that I don't want to write anymore! icon_surprised.gif

But I am absolutely stuck right now... I have a request to make a "Go-Cart" themed cake for an 11 year old's party next weekend. Does ANYONE have any suggestions? It is going to be a full sheet cake sized.

I am so stumped right now! Thanks for your help !

I have seen a golf cart cake made from the 3/d auto pan that wilton makes. I believe there is an example in the 2004 yearbook. Maybe you could use the auto pan to make a go-kart and somehow make the roll bars from dried fondant/gumpaste or royal icing. You could set it on top of a sheetcake and make a mudhole out of chocolate icing and use brown sugar or crushed graham crackers for a dirt road.
