Hi,
I have a friend that needs me to do ALOT of cookies for her for Halloween parties. I'm just curious if it would be easier on my hands to use an icing gun or is there such for glace icing? I've tried the pastry bags and then the plastic bottles but my hands get tired after a dozen or so cookies. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there such thing as a gun for glace type icing?

Thanks
Robin

I've seen the icing guns in the latest Sur la Table catalog - should work for glace.

Hi, I haven't tried a gun, but I do have the same problem.

Last night I had to do 120 wedding cookies and within an hour my hand was sore, pity I still had to do 6 more hours after that !

If there are tips other than streching after each half a dozen or so, I would love to hear them too !
