I noticed that I really have to make sure the cake is done good. I have already taken it out too soon and regreted it later when it was slightly gooey inside. I also try to let mine completely cool before I frost. I have had alot of trial and error thats for sure icon_smile.gif

Which or whose WASC recipe/variation are you using?

(WASC is an almost generic descriptions since there are now so many recipes out there.)
