I am looking for a program on how to make a cake order form for my business I am doing at home. If anyone could tell me where to look I would apperciate it alot.

I just made all of my forms in Excel. No special program and I could customize the field sizes to whatever I needed.

I really like Adobe Acrobat. I don't know how much it costs, though, because it was part of my Adobe Web Premium package. I think you can download a trial and see if you like it.

i used wufoo.com. You can create a form and place it on your site for free and have all inquiries sent to your email

I just used microsoft word to create a form for regular cake orders (non wedding), I also use it as an order sheet to refer to when I'm decorating the cakes. I'll attach a photo of one in my pics for reference.

These are great ideas on how to make cake order forms. But what about a form where I keep a copy, and I give the customer a copy. How do I go about having that kind of form?

i just bought a pack similar to these from office depot or a big box office stationery store, staples or somewhere -- they are called general purpose sales oder and by adams item # T8100 they are 8 3/8 by 10 11/16 -- i needed them big enough for all the info and i used with carbons because the carbonless ones are stinking and scary -- do they still make them with formaldehyde? 

anyhow like these only bigger if they still make them

what i did was write all the pertinent info on there and used a separate worksheet for details

I got ideas from forms i saw online. I made up a form in google docs. Printed them out and bought a pack of carbon paper. At consult i use two sheets with carbon in between. When done we both sign and we each get a copy
