Hello,

Its been awhile since I have used fondant and looking to make some fondant flowers for some cupcakes. If I make the decorations on Sunday and keep in plastic wrap in an air tight container I am assuming they would not dry out by Friday Morning.

Next question is if I frost and decorate with my fondant on Friday morning will my cupcakes be ok until they are served at a baby shower on Saturday afternoon as long as they are kept in a cake box wrapped in plastic wrap. I was concerned about about my cakes getting dried out etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
