Hi, I haven't stepped into doing anything with petal dust yet. Is this what I am looking for? Can I just start with a white flower and then color it with dry petal dust? also can I add Vodka to petal dust to paint on the flowers with?
TIA
Kiley

Yes petal dusts is what people use for their flowers. It is a matte colored powder. You can start with a white flower or a colored flower depending on what look you are going for. Dry dusting will give you softer more subtle looks. Mixing it with alcohol will make the colors more bold.
